Empire owns more than 300 apartment communities with over 40,000 units in 17 states, plus a portfolio of commercial properties. Notable holdings include the elegant Riverfront Apartments (Detroit, MI) and Empirian on Central and Steele (both in Phoenix, AZ). Empirian Property Management, Inc. (Columbus, OH) is Empire’s contracted management company.

The subsidiary Empire Insurance Holdings, LLC owns four insurance agencies, Gallo Insurance Agency, Florida Chartered Insurance Group, Geisenheimer Agency, and Silver Insurance Group, all distinguished for excellent management and a strong growth record.
