Gallo Insurance Agency
For two generations, Gallo has offered a full range of personal insurance products, with a strong portfolio of homeowners, auto and small business policies. One Gallo division expressly handles mobile home insurance. In 2005, Gallo was acquired by Empire American Holdings and became the first subsidiary of the newly formed Empire Insurance Holdings. At the time it was acquired, it had over 3,000 clients. The agency greatly expanded in 2006, both in size and in management expertise, when two West Palm Beach insurance agencies joined the fold. In March of that year, Gallo acquired the personal policy business of Slaton Agency. In October of 2006, Gallo acquired the assets of Cove Insurance Agency, which had developed close professional connections in the real estate and mortgage industry. The Slaton and Cove acquisitions give Gallo a formidable presence in the southern Florida insurance market. The company now serves over 5,000 clients across Florida. Now with a staff of nearly twenty, Gallo is headed by Sharon Headlee, a long time Slaton manager. The agency continues its history of rapid growth and aims for continued expansion in the future.
