Empire American Holdings LLC (EAH) was formed in 2006

EAH’s real estate portfolio, however, began in 1983 with the purchase of a small office building in New Jersey. Today, Empire has distinguished itself by acquiring over 300 choice residential and commercial properties across America. With close to 39,000 residential units in 16 states, plus major commercial properties in multiple states, Empire is one of the largest private property holders in the country.

In 2005, the company ventured into the insurance market with the creation of Empire Insurance Holdings, LLC. EIH owns four insurance agencies in New Jersey and Florida, managing approximately 50,000 policies.

Based in Montvale, NJ, Empire is dedicated not only to growth, but also to sound and profitable management.  We are experts in multi-family communities and excel at determining their profitability in any US market.  We focus on responsibly reducing costs while still maintaining high standards of repair and capital improvements.  Empire lenders have always been comfortable that our business decisions are mindful of our commitment to the company as well as to our residents.    Empire is run by a management team with nearly a century of experience.
